I found this list of questions that’s a reprint from FOCUS Magazine dated January 5, 1985. And even though it is an old article, I still think these are some great questions you should at least look at and have an answer prepared for your next interview. Read the full article.

These are good questions. The only ones I didn’t spot on there were ” where do you see yourself in 5 and/or 10 years?” I always get nervous with those.

I hear you. I always disliked that question because the answer was always, “Not here!” But you can’t say that so you have to have a general answer that talks about the position or how you’ll move forward in your career.

How do you generally answer that question?
