As a 22 year old starting business school this fall, I was overwhelmed with anxiety. How could I possibly pay for school, continue working, maintain a stellar GPA and balance my social life? I was filled with hundreds of questions that always went unanswered. This opportunity to speak with ChaChanna could not have come at a better time! I had never spoken with a life coach before and I had no idea what to expect. ChaChanna was very engaging and made me feel extremely comfortable. She made me realize that no goal is unachievable as long as you have the right tools. I have taken what I have learned from ChaChanna and have already made huge strides! I am no longer anxious about starting business school and I can not wait to see what the rest of my twentities hold in store!

ChaChanna and I spent our time together examining my career path – the highlights, the lowlights and everything in-between. It was extremely helpful because a few things rose to the surface in a much clearer focus than before. I learned more about my skills and talents, my work ethic, and my communication style. Even though this was a brief, introductory session, I came away with a better idea of what it is I want to do in my work life. ChaChanna is dedicated to conscious action and after meeting with her, I had that bit of extra confidence to take the next step.

I have been engaged in a coaching relationship with ChaChanna Simpson for the last two months and it has been one of the best choices I have made in the past year. ChaChanna is a coach who is both committed and professional in how she deals with clients.
I will admit before signing up for her services I was greatly lacking motivation and “know how” in achieving my goals as a Graphic Designer. I was that individual who would nod or say “I’ll do it” and never get around to it. This is where ChaChanna came in. She is a no nonsense individual with a very positive, take charge attitude. Before I knew it I found myself committed to being on time with my coaching sessions and completing my weekly assignments by the given deadline. It wasn’t just the structure that helped, but also her approach. From week to week she made me construct my own assignments, giving me full responsibility over my own success. Upon completing the task, we would discuss how I could expand on it, not only for the present but for the long-term future of my career.
In the time since we initiated our coaching relationship I have gone on two interviews that went better than any I had gone to prior. On the second interview, I got the job and I cannot say enough how thankful I am to have made the choice to take her on as a coach. Because I was able to nail a job within just under two months with her after over a year with no success on my own, I am exhilarated to find out what still lays ahead for my career with her as my coach.
